Common use of Right of Inspection and Location Clause in Contracts

Right of Inspection and Location. (a) Lessor or its agents may, at reasonable times and with reasonable prior notice and without unreasonably interfering with the operations of Lessee's customers, inspect and examine at its own cost and expense (unless a Lease Event of Default exists, in which case the reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses of Lessor shall be paid by Lessee), any Unit. Lessee may accompany Lessor on any such inspections.
