Common use of Right of Access to the Project Clause in Contracts

Right of Access to the Project. The Company agrees that the Director and any of the Director's duly authorized agents shall have the right at all reasonable times to enter upon the Project Site and to examine and inspect the Project. The Company further agrees that the Director and the Director's duly authorized agents shall have such rights of access to the Project as may be reasonably necessary to cause to be completed the construction and installation provided for in Section 3.1 hereof, and thereafter for the proper maintenance of the Project in the event of failure by the Company to perform its obligations under Sections 3.1 or 5.1 hereof.
