RFI Log Clause Samples

The RFI Log clause establishes a formal record-keeping process for all Requests for Information (RFIs) submitted during a project. It typically requires the contractor or project manager to maintain an up-to-date log that tracks each RFI's submission date, subject, status, and resolution. This log ensures that all parties have a clear, accessible history of project queries and responses, helping to prevent miscommunication and delays by providing a transparent reference point for outstanding and resolved issues.
