Common use of RFI Log Clause in Contracts

RFI Log. Prepare, maintain, and submit a tabular log of RFIs organized by the RFI number. Submit log weekly. Use CSI Log Form 13.2B. or software log with not less than the following: 1. Project name. 2. Name and address of Contractor. 3. Name and address of Engineer. 4. RFI number including RFIs that were returned without action or withdrawn. 5. By whom the request was made. 6. RFI description. 7. Date the RFI was submitted. 8. To whom the request was made. 9. Date Engineer's response was received. 10. Engineer’s response. 11. Drawing reference or Specification Section to which the request pertains.
