Reward Points. For those cards that earn reward points, your card may be associated with a bonus points or similar rewards program. Your participation in such a rewards program is subject to the particular rewards program’s terms and conditions (the “Program Rules”). Your use of the card associated with the rewards program is your consent to be bound by the Program Rules. The Program Rules may, from time to time, be modified or amended, including but not limited to discontinuing particular rewards or discontinuing the rewards program itself. The latest edition of Program Rules will typically be provided with the associated Card or otherwise made available to you, for example, by visiting a particular internet address. We will provide a copy of such Program Rules upon request. If you close your account and/or membership, you will forfeit all rewards points earned but not yet credited. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE CONDITION, QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED WITH BONUS POINTS, AND WE WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DEFECTS IN SUCH GOODS OR SERVICES OR FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THEIR USE.

Reward Points. 8.1. The Reward Points Program (the “Program") allows eligible Bank Covered Cardholders ("Cardholder/s") to accumulate points ("Reward Points") from spending on their Bank Covered Card ("AB Card/s"). Subsequent to MP's purchase of Rewards Points, AOL shall issue Reward Points directly to AOL Service Members or persons who might choose to become AOL Service Members ("Prospective AOL Service Members") for the benefit of MP in accordance with the weekly report provided to AOL by MP pursuant to Section 1.5.5. MP shall not issue Rewards Points to AOL Service Members or Prospective AOL Service Members or otherwise communicate with AOL Service Members or Prospective AOL Service Members regarding redemption of such Rewards Points except as specified herein. AOL shall permit AOL Service Members to redeem Rewards Points in accordance with the terms of the Rewards Program. MP acknowledges that Prospective AOL Service Members will not be permitted to redeem Rewards Points unless and until such Prospective AOL Service Members become AOL Service Members. MP will work with AOL to coordinate timing, execution, and management of award capacity and award postings. After the expiration or termination of this Agreement, AOL will honor all Rewards Points that have been issued to AOL Service Members, and MP's obligation to pay for any Rewards Points that have been issued but not paid for at the time of such expiration or termination will continue after the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

The Reward Points Program ("the Program") allows eligible Ajman Bank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholder/s") to accumulate points ("Reward Points") from spending on their Ajman Bank Credit Card ("AB Card/s"). The Cards eligible for Reward Points earning will be as determined by Ajman Bank from time to time. 8.2. Exclusions from the Program: The Bank has the right to include/exclude any Card into/from Reward Points at any time with/ without prior notice to the Cardholder. 8.3. In order to benefit from Reward Points, the Ajman Bank Card must be valid and in good standing as per the criteria and standards applied by the Bank from time to time. The Cardholder's acceptance of the Terms and Conditions outlined hereinafter shall be deemed satisfied upon redemption of his/her Reward Points. 8.4. Participation in the Program is automatic and free on receiving the Ajman Bank Card. 8.5. Reward Points will be awarded from the date the Card is activated whenever the Ajman Bank Card is used for all domestic and international retail spends/ purchase transactions only. 8.6. The rate of earning Reward Points is as defined in the Features and Benefits booklet and /or updated on the website and/or communicated from time to time. The Bank reserves the right, to be exercised at any time and without any prior notice to the Cardholder, to change the ratio between (a) Reward Point to be awarded, and (b) The specified amount charged to the Cardholder's Ajman Bank Card 8.7. All transactions charged to a Cardholder's Ajman Bank Cards are eligible for Reward Points except for the following: Annual fee, Monthly fee, Cash Advances, Late Payment Charges, other fees and charges, Traveler's cheques, Balance transfer, Foreign currency purchases, Credit Shield/any other Takaful insurance programs or products that the Bank may choose to offer, Transactions that the Bank decides are disputed, erroneous, unauthorized, illegal and/or fraudulent and Instalment Plan facilities offered by the Bank. The Bank may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to the Cardholder, add to, or remove from, the above list of eligible charges and transactions. The Bank's decision as to what constitutes an eligible charge shall be final and conclusive. The Bank may also apply caps and/or reduced Reward Points to certain categories of spending at the sole discretion of the Bank. 8.8. Reward Points. Earning Rewards Points. You will earn Reward Points when you, or an authorized user, use a Card to make purchases of products and services, minus returns or refunds. Buying products and services with your Card, in most cases, will count as a Purchase. You will earn 1 Reward Point for every dollar spent using your Card. For example, if you spend $100, you will earn $1.00 in cash back rewards, which is equal to 100 Reward Points.
