Common use of Revlon Code of Business Conduct Clause in Contracts

Revlon Code of Business Conduct. In consideration of RCPC's execution of this Agreement, the Executive agrees in all respects to fully comply with the then current most recently published or circulated terms of the Revlon Code of Business Conduct, a current copy of which is annexed as Schedule A, including, without limitation, the Code of Ethics for Senior Financial Officers, included within such Code, whether or not the Executive is a signatory thereof, with the same effect as if the same were set forth herein in full.
