Revisions to Reflect Issuance of Additional Partnership Interests. In the event that the Partnership issues additional Partnership Interests to the General Partner or any Additional Limited Partner pursuant to Article 4 hereof, the General Partner shall make such revisions to this Article 5 as it deems necessary to reflect the issuance of such additional Partnership Interests and any special rights, duties or powers with respect thereto. Such revisions shall not require the consent or approval of any other Partner.

In the event that the Partnership issues additional Partnership Interests to the General Partner, any existing Limited Partner or any Additional Limited Partner pursuant to Article 4 hereof, the General Partner shall make such revisions to this Article 5 Agreement and any Exhibits attached hereto as it deems necessary to reflect the issuance of such additional Partnership Interests and any special rights, duties or powers with respect thereto. Such revisions shall not require the consent or approval of any other Partner.
