Common use of Revision of Appendix B Clause in Contracts

Revision of Appendix B. The Parties agree that adjustments of the Participant Facility Products Shares and Participant Facility Products Cost Shares in Appendix B in compliance with this Agreement shall be made and treated as an element of administration and not an amendment of this Agreement. The revised Appendix B shall become Appendix B to this Agreement in replacement of the prior Appendix B hereof.

Revision of Appendix B. The Parties agree that adjustments of the Participant Facility Products Output Shares and Participant Facility Products Output Cost Shares in Appendix B (beyond the periodic adjustments contemplated in compliance with this Agreement Appendix B as of the Effective Date) shall be made and treated as an element of administration and not an amendment of this Agreement. The revised Appendix B shall become Appendix B to this Agreement in replacement of the prior Appendix B hereof.

Revision of Appendix B. The Parties agree that adjustments of the Participant Facility Products Output Shares, Participant Facility Output Cost Shares and Participant Facility Products Cost Shares associated capacity amounts in Appendix B in compliance with this Agreement shall be made and treated as an element of administration and not an amendment of this Agreement. The revised Appendix B shall become Appendix B to this Agreement in replacement of the prior Appendix B hereof.
