Revised Plans Sample Clauses
The "Revised Plans" clause establishes the process for updating or modifying previously approved plans or specifications during a project. Typically, it outlines the circumstances under which revisions can be requested, the procedure for submitting and approving changes, and any obligations for communicating these updates to relevant parties. This clause ensures that all stakeholders are aware of and agree to any alterations, thereby maintaining project alignment and minimizing disputes over unauthorized or unclear changes.
Revised Plans all plans required to be amended or revised by the Developer shall be resubmitted in duplicate for final approval of the City prior to commencement of construction. Upon final approval, the Developer agrees to provide the City Development Officer with two (2) sets of final plans and specifications and one (1) digital copy in AutoCAD format acceptable by the City.
Revised Plans. In the event that modifications/revisions to the Relocation Plans are required in order to accommodate changes to the Project (including the elimination of conflicts with the District’s development plans), to resolve conflicts with other non-OWNER utilities within the Project area, or to address other changed circumstances, then OWNER shall prepare such modifications/revisions as are necessary to address said changes and shall present same to the District for review and approval. The District shall be responsible for all costs and expenses reasonably incurred by OWNER in relation to OWNER’s preparation of the modifications/revisions to the Relocation Plans.
Revised Plans. In the event Conserv delivers a Disapproval Notice to Buyer, whether pursuant to Subsection 8.1 above or this Subsection 8.2, the applicable stage of Plans shall be revised to address Conserv’s reasonable concerns or objections and shall be resubmitted to Conserv for re-review prior to the submission of such revised set of Plans to the applicable governmental authorities for approval. Upon receipt of any revised set of Plans, Conserv shall review the same and notify Buyer of its approval of such revised set of Plans or deliver to Buyer a Disapproval Notice.
Revised Plans. The following Plan Sheets are hereby deleted and replaced with the like-numbered Plan Sheets:
Revised Plans. During the life of the project the recipient must submit a revised project management plan based on the following circumstances:
a. Developments that have a significant favorable impact on the project.
b. Problems, delays, or adverse conditions which materially impair the recipient’s ability to meet the objectives of the award, or which may require the program office to respond to questions relating to such events from the public. Specifically, the recipient must update the plan when any of the following incidents occur:
i. Any event which is anticipated to cause significant schedule or cost changes, such as changes to the funding and costing profile or changes to the project timeline.
ii. Any change to Technology Readiness Level.
iii. Any significant change to risk events (including both potential and realized events) or to risk management strategies.
iv. Failure to meet a milestone or milestones; any dependencies should be adjusted.
v. Any changes to partnerships.
vi. Any significant change to facilities or other project resources.
vii. Any other incident that has the potential for high visibility in the media.
viii. At every continuation application.
Revised Plans. Revised plans incorporating all conditions of approval for this project shall be coordinated and submitted to the Community Development Department as one package in accordance with plan check requirements. All plans including site, grading, landscape, irrigation, mechanical and street improvement plans shall be coordinated for consistency prior to issuance of any permits (such as grading, encroachment, building, etc.) Any changes to the size, colors, construction materials, design or location of any structure on site, or other site or landscape improvements shall not be made without prior City approval.
