Common use of Revised Plans Clause in Contracts

Revised Plans. all plans required to be amended or revised by the Developer shall be resubmitted in duplicate for final approval of the City prior to commencement of construction. Upon final approval, the Developer agrees to provide the City Development Officer with two (2) sets of final plans and specifications and one (1) digital copy in AutoCAD format acceptable by the City.
