Revised Plans. During the life of the project the recipient must submit a revised project management plan based on the following circumstances: a. Developments that have a significant favorable impact on the project. b. Problems, delays, or adverse conditions which materially impair the recipient’s ability to meet the objectives of the award, or which may require the program office to respond to questions relating to such events from the public. Specifically, the recipient must update the plan when any of the following incidents occur: i. Any event which is anticipated to cause significant schedule or cost changes, such as changes to the funding and costing profile or changes to the project timeline. ii. Any change to Technology Readiness Level. iii. Any significant change to risk events (including both potential and realized events) or to risk management strategies. iv. Failure to meet a milestone or milestones; any dependencies should be adjusted. v. Any changes to partnerships. vi. Any significant change to facilities or other project resources. vii. Any other incident that has the potential for high visibility in the media. viii. At every continuation application.
