You understand that you may take up to twenty-one (21) days to consider the Second Release (the “Consideration Period”). You also understand you may revoke the Second Release within seven (7) days of signing it and that the consideration to be provided to you pursuant to Paragraph 2(c) will be provided only after the expiration of that seven (7) day revocation period. The Second Release will be effective on the eighth (8th) day after you sign it provided you have not revoked it as of that time.   • Agreement Effective Date This Agreement shall become effective and binding upon each Party immediately following the occurrence of the following conditions (the “Agreement Effective Date”):
