In the event it comes to the attention of the medical personnel or the Diocese et al. that my child complains of illness, I grant permission for non-prescription medication (such as aspirin, throat lozenges, cough syrup) to be given to my child by medical personnel or the Diocese et al.

Covenant Not to Sue means for and in consideration of the Settlement, each Class Member shall be deemed to have covenanted that he or she will not in the future: (a) assert any claim for economic injury, damages (including statutory damages), or for an injunction related to the Coconut Oil Products and arising out of the facts and/or claims asserted in the Action; or (b) assert or maintain any Released Claim, directly or indirectly, against any Released Party in any court or other forum on behalf of the Class Member.
