Review Fee. Following the completion of a Review and delivery of the Final Review Report and a detailed invoice, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall be entitled to a fee equal to the amount separately agreed to by the Servicer and the Asset Representations Reviewer (the “Review Fee”).
