Common use of Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions Clause in Contracts

Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions. Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the Recipient, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Bank: (a) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more; (b) each contract for consultants’ services estimated to cost the equivalent of US$100,000 or more for firms, and $50,000 or more for individuals; and (c) each contract proposed to be awarded under single-source selection procedures. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions. 1. Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the RecipientBorrower, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Bank: (a) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 300,000 or more; (b) each contract for consultants’ services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of US$$100,000 or more for firms, and $50,000 or more for individualsmore; and (c) each contract proposed for consultants’ services provided by an individual estimated to cost the equivalent of $25,000 or more; and (d) each contract for consultants’ services to be awarded under single-source selection proceduresselected on a Single Source basis. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions. Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the RecipientBorrower, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Bank: (a) each contract for goods works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 15,000,000 or more; (b) each contract for consultants’ goods and non-consultant services estimated to cost the equivalent of US$100,000 $5,000,000 or more for firms, and $50,000 or more for individualsmore; and (c) each contract proposed for consultants’ services provided by a firm estimated to be awarded under single-source selection procedurescost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (d) all contracts subject to retroactive financing. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the RecipientBorrower, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Bank: (a) each contract for goods goods, works or Non-Consultant Services procured on the basis of International Competitive Bidding and Direct Contracting; (b) the first three contracts for goods, works or Non-Consultant Services procured on the basis of National Competitive Bidding; (c) each contract for consultants’ services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 200,000 or more; and (bd) each contract the first three contracts for consultants’ services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of US$100,000 or more for firms, and less than $50,000 or more for individuals; and (c) each contract proposed to be awarded under single-source selection procedures200,000. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

In addition, all Single Source Selection and (c) the terms of reference for each consultant's contract proposed shall be subject to be awarded under single-source selection proceduresPrior Review by the Bank. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

All other contracts shall be subject to Post ex-post review by the Bank. In addition the terms-of-reference for all consultant contracts, regardless of value, shall be subject to Prior Review by the Bank.

Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the RecipientBorrower, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Bank: (a) each contract for goods estimated equivalent to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or moremore for goods and $5,000,000 or more for works, all direct contracting, and the first contract for works and goods regardless of contract value; and (b) each contract for consultants’ services estimated to cost the equivalent in excess of US$$100,000 or more equivalent for firms, and or $50,000 20,000 or more equivalent for individuals; and (c) each contract proposed to be awarded under individual consultants, all single-source selection proceduresof consultants, and the first contract for consultants’ services regardless of contract value. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review ex-post review by the Bank.

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.
