Common use of Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions Clause in Contracts

Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions. Except as the Association shall otherwise determine by notice to the Recipient, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Association: (a) each contract for goods and works estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; (b) each contract for goods and works to be procured through Direct Contracting and Procurement from UN Agencies methods, regardless of contract value thereof; (c) the first contract for goods and works to be procured through National Competitive Bidding method under each Part of the Project, regardless of contract value thereof; (d) each contract for consultants services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; (e) each contract for consultants services provided by an individual estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (f) each contract for consultants’ services to be procured through Single-source and Sole-source Selection methods, regardless of contract value thereof. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions. Except as the Association shall otherwise determine by notice to the Recipient, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Association: (a) the first contract for goods by each implementing agency following the National Competitive Bidding method, and thereafter contracts estimated to cost US$100,000 equivalent or more, regardless of the procedure; (b) each contract for goods and works consultants’ services provided by a firm, estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; (bc) each contract for goods and works to be procured through Direct Contracting and Procurement from UN Agencies methodsservices of individual consultants, regardless of contract value thereof; (c) the first contract for goods and works to be procured through National Competitive Bidding method under each Part of the Project, regardless of contract value thereof; (d) each contract for consultants services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; (e) each contract for consultants services provided by an individual estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; (d) qualification and terms of reference of individual consultants contract below equivalent of $50,000; and (fe) each contract all contracts for goods procured under direct contracting and consultants’ services to be procured through Single-under single source and Sole-source Selection methods, regardless of contract value thereofselection. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

Except as the Association shall otherwise determine by notice to the RecipientBorrower, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Association: (a) each contract for goods and or works procured on the basis of International Competitive Bidding; (b) each contract for goods or works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more; (c) the first two (2) contracts for works procured on the basis of National Competitive Bidding; (d) each contract for consultants’ services provided by a firm on a single source basis or estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (be) each contract for goods and works to be procured through Direct Contracting and Procurement from UN Agencies methods, regardless of contract value thereof; (c) the first contract for goods and works to be procured through National Competitive Bidding method under each Part of the Project, regardless of contract value thereof; (d) each contract for consultants services provided by an individual consultant procured on a firm sole source basis or estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 30,000 or more; (e) each contract for consultants services provided by an individual estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (f) each contract for consultants’ services to be procured through Single-source and Sole-source Selection methods, regardless of contract value thereof. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.”

Except as the Association shall otherwise determine by notice to the Recipient, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Association: (a) the first contract of works in each region regardless of value; (b) all contracts for goods, works or non-consulting services procured on the basis of International Competitive Bidding regardless of value; (c) each contract for goods and works estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 US$1,000,000 or more; (b) more and each contract for goods and works estimated to be cost the equivalent of US$200,000 or more, procured through Direct Contracting and Procurement from UN Agencies methods, regardless on the basis of contract value thereof; (c) the first contract for goods and works to be procured through National Competitive Bidding method under each Part of the Project, regardless of contract value thereofBidding; (d) each contract for consultants goods, works and non-consulting services provided procured on the basis of Direct Contracting regardless of value; (e) each contract for consultants’ services by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of $US$100,000 or more; (ef) each contract for consultants consultants’ services provided by an individual estimated to cost the equivalent of $US$50,000 or more; and (fg) each contract for consultants’ services to be procured through on the basis of Single-source and Sole-source Source Selection methods, regardless of contract value thereofvalue. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions. Except as the Association shall otherwise determine by notice to the Recipient, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Association: (a) the first three (3) contracts for goods regardless of their individual estimated cost and, thereafter, each contract for goods and works estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 USD80,000 or more; (b) each contract all contracts for goods and works to be procured through Direct Contracting and Procurement from UN Agencies methods, learning materials regardless of contract value thereoftheir individual estimated cost; (c) the first contract for goods and works to be procured through National Competitive Bidding method all contracts under each Part of the Project, regardless of contract value thereofdirect contracting; (d) the first two (2) contracts for consultants’ services provided by a firm regardless of their individual estimated cost and, thereafter, each contract for consultants consultants’ services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 USD50,000 or more; and (e) the first contract for consultants’ services provided by an individual regardless of its estimates costs and, thereafter, each contract for consultants consultants’ services provided by an individual estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 USD20,000 or more; and (f) each contract for consultants’ services to be procured through Single-source and Sole-source Selection methods, regardless of contract value thereof. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.
