Returning Property. At the time his employment with the Corporation ends, Employee shall return to the Corporation (and will not keep copies in Employee’s possession, recreate or deliver to anyone else) any and all devices, records, data, computer files, records or disks, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any aforementioned items developed by Employee or others pursuant to or during Employee’s employment with the Corporation or otherwise belonging to the Corporation or Related Entities and their respective successors or assigns.
