Returning Property. On the Date of Termination, if not previously requested sooner than that date, Executive shall return to the Corporation (and will not keep copies in Executive’s possession, recreate or deliver to anyone else) any and all Work Product, devices, records, data, computer files, records or disks, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any aforementioned items developed by Executive or others pursuant to or during Executive’s employment or otherwise belonging to the Corporation, the Bank or their Affiliates and their respective successors or assigns regardless of the form in which such information or documents are stored.
