Retroactive Provision. All revisions to the Collective Agreement mutually agreed upon shall, unless otherwise specified, apply retroactively to the aforesaid anniversary date.
Retroactive Provision. The applicable wage rates included in the WAGE SCHEDULE of this Agreement, shall be applied retroactively to and including the 1st day of October, 1994. The Cooperative shall compute retroactive pay for each employee as a percentage of his "gross earnings" during the retroactive period. "Gross earnings" shall include only the following:
4.01.1 Straight time earnings.
