Common use of Retrieval of Customer Data Clause in Contracts

Retrieval of Customer Data. If Customer requires additional time to retrieve its Customer Data from the Cloud Services beyond the date of termination, Customer may request, and Genesys will grant, a 30-day extension to the Subscription Term of the applicable Services Order; provided such request is made on or prior to the termination date. During the extended period, Customer will be charged for its usage of the Cloud Services. The Cloud Services will be terminated at the end of the extension period, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties.
