Retirement for Temporary Part-Time. Members (SI1) The City of Oakland, in compliance with Treasury Regulations Section 31.3121 (b) (7), hereby agrees to adopt a deferred compensation plan for part-time employees in Representation Unit SI1; such plan to be in accordance with the guidelines set forth in Internal Revenue Code Section 457, and to be implemented according to the following conditions:
