Common use of Retirement and Welfare Benefits Clause in Contracts

Retirement and Welfare Benefits. During the Term, to the extent the Company establishes employee benefit plans or programs (e.g., medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability, accidental death, retirement, fringe benefits and welfare benefit plans) the Executive shall be eligible to participate in such plans or programs pursuant to their respective terms and conditions. Nothing in this Agreement shall require the Company or any of its subsidiaries to establish or maintain any employee benefit plan or program from time to time after the Effective Date.
