Retention Services Sample Clauses

Retention Services. Client hereby retains PR Firm as a consultant to Client, and PR Firm agrees to render consulting services, as defined in Exhibit A attached hereto, to Client (the "Services"), upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Client shall have the sole right to approve any arrangements proposed by PR Firm with regard to the performance of the services PR Firm is to provide hereunder.

Retention Services. Client hereby retains Navidec as a consultant to Client, and Navidec agrees to render consulting services, as defined in Exhibit A attached hereto, to Client, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Client shall have the sole right to approve any arrangements proposed by Navidec with regard to the performance of the services Navidec is to provide hereunder.

Retention Services. Services to support a person’s adjustment to competitive integrated employment, maximize skill development, and maintain or advance in competitive integrated employment. Service coordination: Maintaining communication and coordination with community partners, agencies and resources about job openings for people with disabilities, services to support competitive integrated employment and joint efforts to increase competitive integrated employment opportunities.

Retention Services. Retention Case Managers (RCMs) incorporate multi-tier models of support - to include recovery programs and best-practice early alert warning systems - backed by appreciative advising theory with students experiencing situations that may impede academic success. Students experiencing situations that may be impeding their academic success - to include having difficulty in balancing life's priorities with the demands of attending college - are encouraged to contact the Office of Retention Services to schedule an appointment with a Case Manager. The ARP, RCMs employ an outreach/connection/triage/linkage/follow-up sequence across a Start Strong/Stay Strong/Finish Strong framework with students on academic probation or suspension (cumulative GPA below 2.0) to raise their GPA and attain "Good Scholastic Standing" with the College.

Retention Services. A. In the event of expiration or termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 6.01, Accrue will provide Retention Services for claims incurred prior to the expiration or termination date. Purchaser may be required to provide the necessary funds for such Retention Services prior to BCBSSC providing them. B. If this Agreement is terminated other than pursuant to Section 6.01, BCBSSC shall have no obligation to continue to process claims submitted by Members or to provide Retention Services under this Agreement.

Retention Services. M▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to provide retention services to the Company as an employee in matters related only to the company's music and/or catalog business. * Be available to Genius Products management for up to 40 hours per week as needed during the Retention Period. M▇▇▇▇▇ shall be on vacation, and excused from performing any services under this Agreement between August 15 and 22, 2005, inclusive. M▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to exercise the highest degree of professionalism and utilize his expertise and creative talents in performing these services. M▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to make himself available to perform such services throughout the Retention Period. In order to assist the delivery of M▇▇▇▇▇'▇ services, the Company agrees to reimburse M▇▇▇▇▇'▇ pre-approved reasonable expenses, if any.

Retention Services. Ensure newly enrolled Individual(s)/Family(ies) maintain Medi-Cal and CalFresh benefits by confirming enrollment; assist in selection of health care plan; assisting in completing the Annual Redetermination; and completing the SAR7, for CalFresh only cases, in accordance with Subparagraphs 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, and 3.9 of Attachment A.

Retention Services. Milwaukee County hereby agrees to engage Contractor, and Contractor hereby agrees to perform all services under this Contract in accordance with its terms and conditions. Contractor agrees that time is of the essence for certain elements of this contract as established in the Scope of Services below, and will meet all deadlines and schedules as set forth.

Retention Services. The awarded Bidder(s) shall: 1. Provide scanning retention services. Scanning retention services will consist of scanning
