Retention Services. The Grantee shall provide retention services as a continuation of the support services described in their grant application and reflected above. Additionally, the program delivery, support, and retention services provided shall meet or exceed the grant outcomes targets as indicated in the grant application and reflected below in Part H. Performance Metrics.
