RETENTION OF ULTIMUS. The Trust hereby retains Ultimus to act as the administrator of the Trust on behalf of each Fund listed on Schedule A and to furnish the Trust, on behalf of each such Fund, with the services as set forth below. Ultimus hereby accepts such employment to perform such duties.
