Common use of Retention of Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Retention of Jurisdiction. Without affecting the finality of this Judgment in any way, this Court retains continuing and exclusive jurisdiction over: (a) the Parties for purposes of the administration, interpretation, implementation, and enforcement of the Settlement; (b) the disposition of the Settlement Fund; (c) any motion for an award of attorneys’ fees and/or Litigation Expenses by Lead Counsel in the Action that will be paid from the Settlement Fund; (d) any motion to approve the Plan of Allocation; (e) any motion to approve the Class Distribution Order; and

Retention of Jurisdiction. Without affecting the finality of this Final Approval 16 Order and Judgment in any way, this Court retains continuing and exclusive jurisdiction over: (a) 17 the Parties for purposes of the administration, interpretation, implementation, and enforcement of 18 the Settlement; (b) the disposition of the Settlement Fund; (c) any motion Class Counsel’s Fee and Expense 19 Application and Plaintiffs’ request for an award of attorneys’ fees and/or Litigation Expenses by Lead Counsel in the Action that will be paid from the Settlement FundCase Contribution Awards; and (d) any motion to approve the Plan of Allocation; (e) any motion to approve the Class Distribution Order; andMembers for 20 all matters relating to the Actions.

Retention of Jurisdiction. Without affecting the finality of this Final Judgment and Order of Dismissal in any way, this Court hereby retains continuing and exclusive jurisdiction over: (a) the Parties for purposes implementation of this settlement and any award or distribution of the administrationSettlement Fund, interpretation, implementation, and enforcement of the Settlementincluding interest earned thereon; (b) the disposition of the Settlement Fund; (c) any motion hearing and determining applications for an award of attorneys’ fees and/or Litigation Expenses by Lead Counsel fees, costs, expenses, and service awards to Plaintiffs in the Action that will be paid from the Settlement FundAction; and (d) any motion to approve all Parties hereto for the Plan purpose of Allocation; (e) any motion to approve construing, enforcing, and administering the Class Distribution Order; andterms of the Settlement Agreement.
