Retention of Documents. (a) Without prejudice to any other provision of this Funding Agreement and the Grant Recipient’s obligations pursuant to State Aid Law , the Grant Recipient will ensure that all documents relating to the Project and its implementation and financing are retained for a two year period from 31 December following the submission of the accounts to the European Commission in which the final expenditure for the Completed Project is included, in order that these may be made available to the European Commission and European Court of Auditors upon request in accordance with Article 140 of Regulation 1303.
