Common use of Retainer Clause in Contracts

Retainer. 1.1.1. COUNTY does hereby retain A-E to perform the PROJECTS/SERVICES as required by this CONTRACT. 1.1.2. A-E has offered, and COUNTY has accepted, the professional services of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and A-E shall assign him/her to the PROJECTS/SERVICES. 1.1.3.
