Common use of Retainer Clause in Contracts

Retainer. 1.1.1. COUNTY does hereby retain A-E to perform the PROJECTS/SERVICES as required by this CONTRACT. 1.1.2. A professional, duly registered in the State of California, who shall be assigned to PROJECTS/SERVICES and whose services are offered by A-E and accepted by COUNTY is ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, PE. 1.1.3.
