Retain Existing Full-time Jobs a. Throughout the term of this Agreement the Company shall retain at least 2,768 full-time jobs at its Combined Operations. To count towards satisfaction of this provision, each retained job must be a full-time job performed in the City of Austin by an employee of NXP USA, Inc. who was employed by NXP USA, Inc. as of the Effective Date of this Agreement (the "Existing Job").
