Results Reporting. Contractor shall prepare an in-depth IGCE report detailing its findings. The IGCE report prepared by the Contractor shall describe the BOE and provide the agency with recommendations based on the findings to assist in decision-making throughout the procurement life cycle. Contractor may be required to update the IGCE report as the acquisition progresses through the different phases of the procurement life cycle. Contractor shall provide services that may include but are not limited to research and analysis of past purchases of similar products or services, current market value of the products or services, or other agency purchases of similar products and services. Results Reporting. The employee and the Union shall be informed of the results of all tests, and provided with all documentation regarding the tests as soon as the test results are available. The City shall designate a Medical Review Officer (MRO) to review all confirmed positive test results and communicate those results to the City. The MRO shall have the responsibility to determine when an individual has failed a drug test in accordance with the standards enumerated herein. If the results of the drug test are positive, and support a conclusion that the employee used an illegal drug, or reported to work while under the influence of alcohol, the employee may be subject to discipline including immediate discharge. Results Reporting. Healthcare Provider and Patient will have access to a secure website to view and/or print the test results when the test results are available (the “Results”). Lab shall use reasonable efforts to report the Results to the Healthcare Provider and Patient in a timely manner. Results will not be reported to any third- party unless the Patient has authorized the release of the Results to such party and such release is provided by Healthcare Provider to Lab. If required by the Applicable Laws, Lab shall be responsible for reporting to applicable federal or state health authorities the Results. Healthcare Provider shall provide Lab with all necessary Patient demographic information to enable Lab to meet such reporting obligations.

Results Reporting. The data collected at the testing Events shall be automatically uploaded to the Contractor’s system. The Contractor shall establish a process with each laboratory processing specimens for transmission of test results to the Contractor’s system. Upon receipt of lab results by the Contractor, a Patient shall receive a notification via email, text, or phone call advising them that their results are available. The Contractor may notify a Patient of their results directly through text if the Patient opted-in to text message communication. For all negative results, patients shall be able to retrieve those results directly from a portal if they opted into the email or text notifications. The Patient may also have the option to opt-in to text messages for positive results. The Contractor’s staff must call a Patient if they indicated they prefer a phone call and must have a number a Patient can use to return a missed phone call. For positive results in which a Patient did not opt-in to text messaging, the Contractor must designate a clinician to call the Patient regarding the results and clinical care path as directed by the State. This information will then also be posted in a portal for the patient to retrieve and review for discussion with their primary health care provider. If directed by the State, the Contractor shall also provide test results to the referring physician, if applicable. For any results in which the lab failed to correctly run the test or results are inconclusive, the Contractor must designate a staff person to call the Patient and reschedule the test. All notifications shall be made according to local, State, and federal guidelines and statutes.
