RESTRICTIONS ON CONVEYANCE OR SECONDARY FINANCING. Lessee will not transfer, sell, convey or encumber the Leased Premises or subject the Leased Premises to any secondary financing in any way without the written consent of the Lessor, except as permitted in Article V, paragraph 2 relating to trade fixture financing sources or suppliers.
