Restrictions on Change of Scope (i) No Change of Scope shall be executed unless the Authority has issued the Change of Scope Order save and except any Works necessary for meeting any Emergency.
Changes in Ownership 6.21.1 A-E agrees that if there is a change or transfer in ownership, including but not limited to merger by acquisition, of A-E’s business prior to completion of this CONTRACT, the new owners shall be required under terms of sale or other transfer to assume A-E’s duties and obligations contained in this CONTRACT and to obtain the written approval of COUNTY of such merger or acquisition, and complete the obligations and duties contained in the CONTRACT to the satisfaction of COUNTY. Restrictions on Business Activities There is no agreement, commitment, judgment, injunction, order or decree binding upon the Company or to which the Company is a party which has or could reasonably be expected to have the effect of prohibiting or materially impairing any business practice material to the Company, any acquisition of property by the Company or the conduct of business by the Company as currently conducted or as proposed to be conducted.
Restrictions on Contracting Out In order to provide job security for the members of the bargaining unit, the Employer agrees that all work or services performed by the Employees shall not be sub-contracted, transferred, leased, assigned or conveyed, in whole or in part, to any other plant, person, company or non-unit Employee.
Restrictions on Use Licensee is not permitted to make any use of the Licensed Marks in connection with products or services other than the Sprint PCS Products and Services, and as specifically authorized in Sections 1.1(b) above with respect to Related Equipment and Premium and Promotional Items, nor to make any use of the Licensed Marks directed outside of the Service Area.
