Restricted List Sample Clauses
A Restricted List clause defines specific items, entities, or activities that are subject to limitations or prohibitions within the context of an agreement. Typically, this clause will enumerate certain products, services, or counterparties that a party is not permitted to engage with, use, or disclose information to, often for reasons such as regulatory compliance, competitive sensitivity, or security. By clearly identifying what is restricted, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that both parties are aware of and adhere to the agreed-upon boundaries, thereby reducing the risk of unauthorized actions or breaches.
