Restricted Changes. Except as provided in this Article, Tenant shall not have any right to make any changes in the Demised Premises without the prior consent of Landlord.

Restricted Changes. Except as provided in this Article, Tenant shall not have any right to make any changes in the Demised Premises without the prior consent of Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Tenant may make changes in the Demised Premises that are decorative in nature, provided that such decorative changes are not considered Substantial Changes.*
