Tenant's Required Repairs Sample Clauses
The "Tenant's Required Repairs" clause defines the tenant's obligation to maintain and repair the leased premises during the term of the lease. Typically, this clause specifies which areas or systems the tenant must keep in good condition, such as interior spaces, fixtures, or equipment, and may outline the standards for repairs and timelines for addressing issues. Its core practical function is to ensure the property remains in a satisfactory state, preventing deterioration and disputes by clearly allocating maintenance responsibilities to the tenant.
