Restoration of loss or damage to Licensed premises. 11.7.1. Save and except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, in the event that the property business space/premises or any part thereof suffers any loss or damage during the License Period from any cause whatsoever, the Licensee shall, at its cost and expense, rectify and remedy such loss or damage forthwith so that the builtup area /premises allotted conforms to the provisions of this Agreement.
