Common use of Restoration of Full Deposit Clause in Contracts

Restoration of Full Deposit. In the event the Security Deposit is reduced by such use or application, Tenant shall deposit with Landlord, within ten (10) days after written notice, an amount sufficient to restore the full amount of the Security Deposit. If the Premises shall be expanded at any time, or if the Term shall be extended at any increased rate of Rent, the Security Deposit shall thereupon be proportionately increased.
