Effect of Addendum. THIS ADDENDUM AMENDS AND SUPPLEMENTS THE CONTRACT AND, IF APPLICABLE, ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS. The undersigned, if executing the Agreement on behalf of a Seller and/or a Buyer that is a corporation, partnership, trust or other entity, represents and warrants that he/she is authorized by that entity to enter into the Agreement and bind the entity to perform all duties and obligations stated in the Agreement and shall provide Seller with proof of such authority upon execution of the Agreement.

Effect of Addendum. All references in the Master Lease to “this Lease” shall be deemed to be references to the Master Lease as amended hereby.

Terms defined in the Lease shall have the same meanings in this Second Addendum, unless a different definition is set forth in this Second Addendum. The term Lease as used herein shall be deemed to include the First Extension Agreement, the Second Extension Agreement, and the First Addendum, each of which may also be referred to separately herein. A true, complete, and correct copy of the Lease as heretofore amended is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.
