Common use of Rest Breaks Clause in Contracts

Rest Breaks. (a) Employees are entitled to a paid rest break depending on the length of their shift as follows: Less than 4 hours No break 4 but less than 7.6 hours 1 x 10 min break

Rest Breaks.
