Rest Breaks. (a) 33.1 All Employees are shall be entitled to a paid rest break depending of 10 minutes duration in the Employer’s time after an Employee has worked a minimum of four (4) consecutive ordinary hours in any rostered shift.
33.2 Breaks will be taken at times as determined by the Employer, based on safe operational requirements.
33.3 Where an Employee works a minimum of 7.6 consecutive ordinary hours in any rostered shift (excluding the length meal break), the Employee will be entitled to an additional rest break of their shift as follows: Less than 4 hours No break 4 but less than 7.6 hours 1 x 10 min breakminutes duration in the Employer’s time.
