Responsibility for Reporting. The responsibility for the consolidated reporting of GenGain to the Joint Project Team and JSC shall be with Genentech. This will be the basis for the GenGain accounting and determining of payments to the Parties. Genentech shall provide Magainin with a copy of the GenGain consolidated reporting and the calculation serving as the basis of determining payments to the Parties.
