PARTY REPORTS. By the date specified in the Report Table in Section 4.2.2 of this Financial Exhibit for the Actuals report, each Party shall provide to the JPT (with a copy to other Party) a financial statement of such Party’s activities prepared in accordance with the provisions of this Financial Exhibit, substantially in the form established in accordance with Section 4.1.1, accompanied by the supporting documentary evidence required pursuant to Section 8.4 of the Agreement, for the applicable calendar quarter and include such level of detail as may be established by the JPT from time to time.
PARTY REPORTS. Administrative Agent shall have received and approved (i) the Cost and Plan Review; (ii) the Environmental Reports; and (iii) the Appraisal. Pre--Sale Requirement. Qualified Purchase Contracts providing not less than the Minimum Loan Coverage Ratio. Other Conditions. Evidence that the other conditions set forth in Article VII have been satisfied. Other Documents and Deliveries. Administrative Agent shall have received and approved all documents and other items described on Schedule 6.01. In the event Administrative Agent, subject to Section 13.09(b)(ii), authorizes the recording of the Security Instrument or the making of any Loan at a time when all conditions described in this Section 6.01 have not been satisfied (including, without limitation, that all documents and other items described on Schedule 6.01 have not been approved by and/or delivered to Administrative Agent), such condition must be satisfied before any additional Loan shall be made.
PARTY REPORTS. During the Third Party Report Period, the Owners shall provide Cedar and Cedar's consultants with access to the Premises upon reasonable advance notice.
