Common use of Responsibility for Agents and Contractors Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Agents and Contractors. At all times and during both the Design & Preconstruction and Construction Phases, the Design-Builder shall be responsible to the Department for any and all acts and omissions of the Design-Builder’s agents, employees, Subcontractors, Sub-Subcontractors, material suppliers, and laborers, and the agents and employees of the Subcontractors, Sub-Subcontractors, material suppliers, and laborers performing or supplying Work in connection with the Project. DESIGN-BUILDER’S DESIGN & PRECONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Responsibility for Agents and Contractors. At all times and during both the Design & [Design, Selective Demolition and] Preconstruction and Construction Phases, the Design-Builder shall be responsible to the Department for any and all acts and omissions of the Design-Builder’s agents, employees, Subcontractors, Sub-Subcontractors, material suppliers, and laborers, and the agents and employees of the Subcontractors, Sub-Subcontractors, material suppliers, and laborers performing or supplying Work in connection with the Project. DESIGN-BUILDER’S DESIGN & PRECONSTRUCTION SERVICES.
