RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE INSTITUTION. 6.1 The Institution shall: use all reasonable efforts to ensure that Authorised Users are made aware of the terms of this Licence; use all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Authorised Users comply with the terms of this Agreement. The Institution will immediately on becoming aware of any unauthorised use or other breach notify the Publisher and take all reasonable steps to ensure that such activity ceases and to prevent any recurrence; provide the Publisher with lists of valid IP addresses and update those lists on a regular basis the frequency of which will be agreed by the parties from time to time; and
