The Institution agrees to inform Corresponding Authors that this Licence is in place and that their Eligible Articles can be made Open Access Articles on acceptance in the Licensed Titles. The Institution shall ensure that Corresponding Authors shall identify themselves as being eligible, and shall verify the eligibility of a Corresponding Author in the course of the Publisher’s publishing workflow.

The Institution shall use all reasonable efforts to make its authors aware that to become Eligible Authors and for the Institution therefore to benefit most from the Agreement, and shall verify they should be prepared to take on the eligibility responsibilities of a Corresponding Author in the course of the Publisher’s publishing workflowAuthor.
