RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EMPLOYEES. 1. Each employee is responsible to the Superintendent for compliance with the policies, rules and regulations of the Board, through the administrative officer in charge of the area of his/her employment. In addition, each employee must comply with any administrative regulations, and with the educational philosophy and programs of the Board. All Board policies will be made available to the President of OAPSE.
