Responder Pay. On-duty investigators who are required to be available and subject to call outside normal work hours shall receive a Responder duty allowance. Each on-duty investigator shall receive the following monthly allowance depending on the number of investigators assigned to the on-duty investigator rotation. Changes to the rotation assignment shall be effective the first (1st) or sixteenth (16th) of the month following assignment to the rotation. The following responder pay matrix shall be effective the first full month following the last party to sign this agreement 2016 Rates Number Assigned to Rotation Monthly Amount Divided between the two pay periods 3 assigned $684.70 4 assigned $513.53 5 assigned $410.82 6 assigned $342.35 The Responder duty allowance will increase January 1st of 2017, and 2018 equal to 100% of the increase in Seattle-Tacoma Bremerton CPI-W for the period July 1 through June 30 of the preceding year. The employee shall be provided with a communication device, to permit reasonable freedom of activity.

  • Labor Certification By its signature hereunder, Consultant certifies that it is aware of the provisions of Section 3700 of the California Labor Code which require every employer to be insured against liability for Workers’ Compensation or to undertake self-insurance in accordance with the provisions of that Code, and agrees to comply with such provisions before commencing the performance of the Services.

  • Low Census Low census is defined as a decline in patient care requirements resulting in a temporary staff decrease. During periods of low census, the Employer will assign low census to nurses in the following order:

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary hereunder, each Party may avail itself of the remedies set forth in Section 6.4 without fulfilling the notice requirements of this Section 2.3.

  • Maternity/Parental/Adoption Leave Maternity/Parental/Adoption leave shall be granted as a right as per the Employment Standards Act.

  • Notice of Overtime The Agency shall give as much notice as possible of overtime to be worked.

  • Maternity/Paternity/Adoption Leave An Employee who is expecting the birth or adoption of a child shall be entitled to maternity/paternity/adoption leave without pay, provided she presents a medical certificate confirming the probable date of confinement, or in the case of adoption, gives the Employer notice of eligibility. Except in extenuating circumstances, the notice shall be submitted in writing at least twenty-eight (28) days in advance of the leave and shall specify the probable date of commencement and the anticipated length of leave. The following conditions shall apply:

  • Notice of Overpayment If the Contractor receives a vendor overpayment notice or a letter communicating the existence of an overpayment from DSHS, the Contractor may protest the overpayment determination by requesting an adjudicative proceeding. The Contractor’s request for an adjudicative proceeding must:

  • Leave Requests All requests for leaves of absence must be in writing.
