Common use of Resolution by the Presidents Clause in Contracts

Resolution by the Presidents. (i) If the Implementation Committee fails to resolve a disagreement within thirty (30) days of the delivery of the written notice provided in section 7.4.1(i) of this Agreement, or such shorter or longer time as agreed by the Parties, or fails to resolve a disagreement arising at the Implementation Committee level, the Implementation Committee shall provide to the president of each Party a report outlining the facts and issues of the disagreement.
