Common use of Resignation from Positions Clause in Contracts

Resignation from Positions. Effective as of 5:00 p.m. on the Separation Date, Employee hereby resigns his position as POSITION and from any other positions he might hold with EQT and its affiliates. While Employee agrees that the foregoing resignations are intended to be self-effectuating, Employee further agrees to execute any documentation that EQT determines necessary or appropriate to facilitate such resignations.

Resignation from Positions. Effective as of 5:00 12:00 p.m. on the Separation Date, Employee hereby resigns his position positions as POSITION General Counsel & Senior Vice President, Government Affairs and from any other positions he might hold with EQT and its affiliates. While Employee agrees that the foregoing resignations are intended to be self-effectuating, Employee further agrees to execute any documentation that EQT determines necessary or appropriate to facilitate such resignations.

Resignation from Positions. Effective as of 5:00 12:00 p.m. on the Separation Date, Employee hereby resigns his position positions as POSITION President & Chief Executive Officer and from any other positions he might hold with EQT and its affiliates. While Employee agrees that the foregoing resignations are intended to be self-effectuating, Employee further agrees to execute any documentation that EQT determines necessary or appropriate to facilitate such resignations.

Resignation from Positions. Effective as of 5:00 p.m. on the Separation Date, Employee hereby resigns his position as POSITION Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer and from any other positions he might hold with EQT and its affiliates. While Employee agrees that the foregoing resignations are intended to be self-effectuating, Employee further agrees to execute any documentation that EQT determines necessary or appropriate to facilitate such resignations.

Resignation from Positions. Effective as of 5:00 12:00 p.m. on the Separation Date, Employee hereby resigns his position positions as POSITION Senior Vice President and President, Exploration & Production and from any other positions he might hold with EQT and its affiliates. While Employee agrees that the foregoing resignations are intended to be self-effectuating, Employee further agrees to execute any documentation that EQT determines necessary or appropriate to facilitate such resignations.

Resignation from Positions. Effective as of 5:00 12:00 p.m. on the Separation Date, Employee hereby resigns his position her positions as POSITION Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer and from any other positions he she might hold with EQT and its affiliates. While Employee agrees that the foregoing resignations are intended to be self-effectuating, Employee further agrees to execute any documentation that EQT determines necessary or appropriate to facilitate such resignations.

Resignation from Positions. Effective As a result of the termination of Employee’s employment by EQT without Cause, effective as of 5:00 p.m. on the Separation Date, Employee hereby resigns his position positions as POSITION Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer and from any other positions he might hold with EQT and its affiliates. While Employee agrees that the foregoing resignations are intended to be self-effectuating, Employee further agrees to execute any documentation that EQT determines necessary or appropriate to facilitate such resignations.

Resignation from Positions.
