Upon Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, upon any termination of the employment (whether voluntary or involuntary), Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, the Executive shall, as may be requested by upon written request from the Company, shall resign from any position positions he then holds as an officer, director or fiduciary of has with the Company or any Company-related entity. In furtherance of the foregoingaffiliate, the Executive shall execute and deliver to the Company any letterswhether as an executive, documents and other instruments necessary officer, employee, consultant, director, trustee, fiduciary or appropriate to effect such resignationotherwise.

Resignation from Positions. Upon Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, upon any termination of employment (whether voluntary or involuntary), Executive, upon written request from the Executive’s employment Board, shall resign from any positions he has with the Company for (or any reasonsubsidiary), the Executive shall, as may be requested by the Company, resign from any position he then holds whether as an executive, officer, director employee, consultant, director, trustee, fiduciary or fiduciary of the Company or any Company-related entity. In furtherance of the foregoing, the Executive shall execute and deliver to the Company any letters, documents and other instruments necessary or appropriate to effect such resignationotherwise.

Resignation from Positions. Upon termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, Executive shall be deemed to have immediately resigned from the Board and from all positions with Company and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, whether as an employee, director, officer or otherwise, as of the Termination Date. Executive shall, as may be if requested by the Company, resign from any position he then holds as an officer, director or fiduciary of the Company or any Company-related entity. In furtherance of the foregoing, the Executive shall execute and deliver to the written resignations from such positions, separate and apart from this Agreement, in such form and upon such terms as Company any letters, documents and other instruments necessary or appropriate to effect such resignationmay reasonably request.

Resignation from Positions. Upon termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, the Executive shallshall resign, as may be requested by of the Companydate of such termination and to the extent applicable, resign from any position other positions and appointments he then holds as an officer, director or fiduciary of with the Company or any the Company-related entity. In furtherance of the foregoing, the Executive shall execute and deliver to the Company any letters, documents and other instruments necessary or appropriate to effect such resignation’s affiliates.

Resignation from Positions. Upon termination As of the Executive’s employment Termination Date, Executive shall resign from all positions held with the Company for any reason, the Executive shall, as may be requested by the Company, resign from any position he then holds (including as an officer, director trustee, general partner or fiduciary in any other capacity in which he is serving with any entity at the request of the Company or any by reason of his service for the Company-related entity) other than his director positions on the Parent Board and the Bank Board. In furtherance of the foregoing, the Executive shall execute and deliver to the Company any letters, documents and other instruments necessary or appropriate to effect such resignation.Section 13.13

Resignation from Positions. The Executive agrees to execute any reason, the Executive shall, as may be documents reasonably requested by the Company, resign from any position he then holds as an officer, director or fiduciary of the Company or any Company-related entity. In furtherance of the foregoing, the Executive shall execute and deliver controlled entities in order to the Company any letters, documents and other instruments necessary or appropriate to effect effectuate such resignationresignations.
